  5. Reveal is a simple desktop puzzle designed for use in educational
  6. establishments (it was designed for a school in Dumfries).
  7.  
  8. Using Reveal
  9.  
  10. To load a picture, you can either drag a sprite file (which should have
  11. a sprite called "revsprite" in it) or Reveal's own sprite file - a
  12. Revpic (Type &0F9). A window will open up, and you click on a square to
  13. remove it. The object of the game is to guess what the picture is. The
  14. main menu contains an option "Choices". This opens up the choices window
  15. which allows you to change the grid size by clicking on a size then
  16. clicking on OK (or Save if you want the change to be saved). Reveal
  17. supports Acorn's !Help and MessageTrans, so it can be customised for
  18. other languages.

  20. RevPics

  22. Reveal has its own sprite file type - RevPic (&0F9) - which it will load
  23. automatically if double clicked on. To covert Sprites to and from
  24. RevPics, load the Spr-Rev application (supplied with Reveal) and drag
  25. the Sprite or RevPic to its icon.

  27. Reveal is Shareware. This means that after a period of THIRTY days you
  28. must either register it or stop using it. To register it, fill in the
  29. registration form at the end of this document and send it with TWO
  30. pounds, a blank disk and an SAE to the address on the registration form.
  31. The "register as" section is the name you want the program to be
  32. registered to (e.g. your name or your company's name). You may freely
  33. copy the unregistered version (this one) but NOT the full registered
  34. version. If you run a PD or Shareware library, you may use distribute
  35. this as long as you do not remove or change ANY files, and contact me
  36. first to obtain the latest version.
